PJIR is a fully open access journal.

All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. No subscription is required to read, download, or access the journal's online articles.

Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and otherwise reuse published articles in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence.

The journal does not charge readers for online access.

PJIR supports the free dissemination, accessibility, discoverability, and scholarly use of research.
