The role of Hudood and Tazirat in the protection of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedom of State

Abstract

In today’s era Homicide, Theft, fraud, corruption, lawlessness, are escalating all over the world. And every society needs peace and security to sustain and flourish. Because peace and security are an essential part of human life. Islam which is a complete code of life and it gives us a comprehensive and inclusive teachings in every walk of life. Islam as a peace-loving religion determines an imperative/mandatory judicial system for the society in order to ensure peace and honour for society. The implementation of hudood laws is needed to extirpate the crimes and for the rectification of culprit. This article would deal with those factors which in essential for state and also analyse the five fundamental human rights i.e. (Protection of life, property protection of honour, wealth, protection of wisdom and protection of Mankind). Is this system being beneficial for the society or not, are they implemented at the present day in Pakistan.
