Abstract

It is usually understood that disputation between Islamic jurists causes conflict, creates prejudice and ideological differences among different schools of thought resulting in enmity and hatred between their followers and promoting impracticality and unfruitful debates in Muslim society. These conceptions usually overlook the brighter part of such disputation which indicates the broadness, resourcefulness, versatility, and extensive functional quality of Islamic Shariah. The article thus encompasses an important contemporary debate on human organ donation in the light of contradictory verdicts which not only support Shariah point of view but also represent its capacity for the latest scientific medical treatments in extreme conditions which consequently reveal the diversity and elasticity providing an absolute practical framework by remaining into the boundaries of basic Islamic Laws and Shariah.
